I looked around and found them not too much information, except that I is a boat license, which must be very easy to get. What are the age limits for operating a jet ski I am 15, I'm so good?

Sorry, but in Maryland, no person under 16 legally operate personal watercraft, even if the person holds a diploma in the teaching of safe navigation.
You can still have the safety and of course, be ready, sailors, if he is 16th
